With four weeks to go, the 2013 Genghis Khan Festival has reached this year’s maximum participation limit and the online registration system will be closed today. People can still contact us and put their names on the waiting list, as a few more spots will become available as of next week 15 June.
Nordic Ways is very happy to witness a boom in registrations for the second year in succession. We have decided to impose a maximum number of 750 to warrant the quality experience we aspire every single participant to have during the three days of the Festival. Xiwuqi is a town in the grasslands and offers a fair number of accomodation options, but these are not unlimited. As such, we also advise everyone who has not arranged his hotel or transport yet to do so as soon as possible. Our bus services from Beijing remain open for booking now. Check them out in our Travel section. In addition, people without a package deal who wish to take our airport shuttle service from Xiinhot to Xiwuqi are likewise advised to book asap.
